The paper on the evolution of video games and the one on the DOH Secretary were no biggy - one entailed only my expertise and interest in the topic, and the other only needed a few research, respectively.
Last Monday, February 15, Malacanang Palace declared that this year’s observance of the EDSA Revolution would be moved from it original date on the 25th to the preceding Monday - the 22nd - in line with the weekend. Radio stations would later broadcast that same tidbit of news throughout that week.
Time. It is a series of events after events that exist within a negative-to-positive scale. Our lives, too, coincide within that dynamic plane of existence – and because in life, our events lead to the occurrences of more events which in turn would create more events, and so on, time itself begins to exist as a real or physical concept rather than something just arbitrary. We perceive time as forever, continuous, and linear. In basic analogy, it has nowhere to go but forward, like a one-way caravan bound on a network of routes and roads but never going to reach a known destination. Sure, we are uncertain what is to come along the way, and this scare causes us to rush things too often. Truly, any trip to an uncertain nowhere is frightening. Upon hardships, we tend to worry more on what is to come rather than to take the time to prepare or progress for the future.
But “time can heal”.
